Tottenham Hotspur are desperate.

“Tottenham’s negotiations to appoint manager Arne Slott are progressing well,” British media outlet ‘Football Insider’ reported on the 24th.

“Tottenham will give Slott a say in the appointment of the coaching staff and influence in the transfer market.”
