The SK Telecom Charity Open will be held at Pinx Golf Club in Seogwipo, Jeju Island on the 17th, one day before the opening of the Korea Professional Golf (KPGA) Korean Tour SK Telecom Open (total prize money of 1.3 billion won).
The SK Telecom Charity Open, which marks its second year this year, will feature Choi Kyung-ju, Park Ji-eun, Kim Han-byul, Park Sang-hyun, and Kim Han-byeol. In addition, ‘Joseon’s fourth hitter’ Lee Dae-ho and martial arts fighter Choo Seong-hoon were also on the list. Sponsored by American Express, a credit card company, the total prize money for this tournament increased from 30 million won last year to 50 million won.
Teams of two players will be formed, and each group will play a skins game with a prize of 20 million won. The prize money won by the players will be donated 안전놀이터 in full under the name of the player concerned, and SK Telecom will use this fund to hold the 2nd SK Telecom Adaptive Open, a competition for people with developmental disabilities, in the second half of this year.
