KGT begins competitive bidding for broadcasting right operators
Korea Pro Golf Tour Co., Ltd. (CEO Kim Byeong-jun, hereinafter referred to as KGT) is conducting a competitive bidding to select a broadcasting right operator.

A consortium (joint supplier) participation method is also possible.

The operator finally selected through this bidding will be the host broadcasting company of KGT, and will have the right to broadcast competitions and events hosted and supervised by the Korea Professional Golf Association (KPGA) and KGT.
Prior to this, KGT negotiated with JTBC Golf Channel, the existing host broadcasting company, but failed to reach a final agreement due to disagreements over broadcasting rights fees.
Details and schedule regarding the bidding for the selection of broadcasting rights operators can be found on the notice on the KPGA official website.
